A Hashira is the top of the Corps — an elite like Giyu, Shinobu or Rengoku who has mastered their Breathing Style, so give them an ornate haori, a confident stance, and a signature blade. A demon flips everything: sharper features, a Blood Demon Art instead of a sword style, and a darker palette. Make one of each and remix them into rivals.
