   Anyone who wants a frictionless way to create:

3. Why is GenTube different from other AI platforms?

   Because it’s built for entertainment, not productivity:

4. How is GenTube free and unlimited?

   We’re building a massive, global creative network. Lowering friction grows the ecosystem long-term. Our business model will center around:

   But basic creation stays free.

5. Does GenTube use my images to train models?

   No. Personal images (e.g., selfies) are not used for training. We use aggregate, anonymized patterns to improve quality.

   Yes. It works on any modern mobile browser.

2. Creation Tools & Experience

1. How do I create an image?

   Use any of the following on the Create Page:

   • Create Bar: type any idea.
   • Blocks: tap building blocks (e.g., “abstract watercolor”, “bobblehead”) to build a creation.
   • Remix: tap any image (e.g. whimsical watercolors) → Remix → edit → generate.
   • Image upload: upload an image to inspire or reference.

2. How fast are generations?

   Almost always 1-2 seconds. Global spikes or slow network conditions may slow it slightly.

3. Why does my image sometimes look different than what I described?

   AI interprets prompts loosely. Solutions:

   • Simplifying your prompt
   • Using the Magic Wand
   • Remixing and iterating
   • Adding style or concept Blocks

4. What is the Magic Wand?

   A prompt enhancer that turns rough ideas into high-quality prompts. It improves the quality of the image generated.

5. What are Blocks?

   Small, pre-trained creative components. Think LEGO for visuals.

   Combine “abstract watercolor”, “bobblehead” and you have a concept in one tap.

6. What is Remix?

   Remix lets you:

   • Take an existing image
   • Adjust the idea
   • Generate a new version instantly

   It’s the core of GenTube’s social creativity. Try it directly from any image page (for example, whimsical watercolors).

3. Community Creation

1. How do I follow another creator?

   From any image or creator profile, tap Follow. Their new creations appear in your Following Feed.

2. Where can I see the creators I follow?

   In the Following Feed. It’s your personalized creator stream.

3. How do I unfollow someone?

   Go to their profile or any image → tap Following → it switches back to Follow.

4. Do creators get notified when I follow or unfollow them?

   Creators are notified when they receive a new follower. They are not notified if someone unfollows them.

5. Can I follow creators directly from an image I like?

   Yes. The creator name appears on every image page — tap Follow there.

6. Can I follow specific topics or styles?

   Not yet. Only individual creators for now.

4. Account, Profile & Data Management

1. Do I need an account to create?

   Yes. You need an account to create, download, save, or manage your images. Browsing is open without logging in.

2. How are creations saved?

   When creating, you can click “Save” for each creation to save it to the profile. If you have the Auto-save setting on (in the Create Settings menu), it saves everything by default.

3. Can I delete images from my profile?

   Yes, go to Profile → Manage → Select → Delete.

4. How do I delete images?

   You can delete images in three ways:

   • From your profile: Go to Profile → Manage → Select → Delete.
   • From the Create Page: Tap the trash can icon to remove the current draft.
   • From an image page: Tap the three dots (…) in the top corner and choose Delete.

5. Can I bulk-delete images?

   Yes. Bulk deletion is available in Manage mode on your Profile page.

6. What if my image disappears?

   A few things can cause this:

   • It was flagged for safety.
   • It was removed for violating content policies.
   • In rare cases, a generation or sync glitch. We continue to improve reliability.

7. Can I recover deleted images?

   No. Deletion is permanent.

8. Can I delete my account?

   Yes. Email support@gentube.app with your request and we’ll handle the deletion.

5. Ownership, Licensing & Copyright

1. What rights do I have?

   You have full copyright and full commercial rights to everything you create on GenTube. This includes:

   • Selling prints
   • Selling merch
   • Using images for thumbnails
   • Publishing in books
   • Posting on social media
   • Using in games, comics, or other commercial projects

2. Do I need to credit GenTube?

   No. Attribution is encouraged but optional.

3. Can I generate images of copyrighted characters?

   Yes but commercial use may violate third-party IP laws.

4. Can I use GenTube for commissioned work?

   Yes.

6. Safety, NSFW, Moderation & Community Rules

1. Do you allow NSFW?

   No. GenTube is a SFW platform.

2. Why no NSFW?

   To keep the platform safe, inclusive, and accessible to all ages — and to prevent abuse and high-risk moderation issues.

3. What content is forbidden?

   • NSFW content
   • Sexualized minors
   • Violence against minors
   • Hateful or extremist content

   Content is removed. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent bans.

1. My image took longer than expected. Why?

   Possible causes:

   • Temporary global load spikes

   • Safety re-checking

2. Why do I get “Image Removed”?

   Your image likely triggered a safety rule and was automatically taken down.

3. The site feels laggy. What should I do?

   Try:

   • Closing background tabs
   • Switching to Wi-Fi
   • Refreshing the page
   • Clearing browser cache
