Welcome to GenTube — where AI transforms imagination into reality. We're building a platform that empowers everyone to create, recreate, and discover amazing visual content. Our mission is to make creative expression accessible to all, regardless of artistic background.

These Terms of Service establish the guidelines for our creative community. By using GenTube, you join our journey and agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GenTube.app ("GenTube"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use GenTube.

2. Service Overview

GenTube is an AI-powered platform for creating, sharing, and discovering images and creative content ("User Content").
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use GenTube.
If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Accounts & Security

You're responsible for all activities under your account.
Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

6. User Content & Licensing

Ownership & Licensing of AI-Generated Content
- You retain ownership of any content you create using GenTube's AI tools or upload to GenTube.
- By creating or uploading content, you grant GenTube a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, and distribute your content within GenTube and related platforms for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving GenTube.
- This license includes the right to make your content available to other users of the service, who may recreate or otherwise interact with your content as permitted by the platform's features.
- You acknowledge that GenTube may use data from your content, including AI-generated content, to train and improve its AI systems and algorithms.
Commercial Use of AI-Generated Content
- Users are granted limited commercial rights to images they create on GenTube, subject to the terms outlined herein. GenTube retains significant rights to use, showcase, promote, and monetize all user-created content on our platform and related channels.
- You may use your AI-generated content commercially, but must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. Any commercial use must not imply endorsement by GenTube.
- GenTube's proprietary features, including specific AI tools or branded elements, may not be used in commercially used content without explicit permission from GenTube.
- You are responsible for ensuring your commercial use of AI-generated content does not violate third-party rights or misrepresent the capabilities of GenTube's AI tools.
Monetization & Revenue Opportunities
- GenTube reserves the right to monetize content you create or help you monetize your content through various opportunities, partnerships, or promotional efforts. Specific monetization opportunities or revenue-sharing details will be clearly communicated if applicable.
Changes to Licensing
- We may update licensing terms as GenTube evolves and will notify you of major changes. Existing content remains under original terms.

7. Content Moderation and AI Tools Usage

Do not create or upload illegal, harmful, exploitative, or extremist content.
Respect intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights of others.
Avoid hateful, abusive, harassing, obscene, or defamatory content.
Do not create, upload, or share content that contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material. GenTube maintains strict content moderation standards regarding anatomical terms and clothing states.
Do not attempt to circumvent our content moderation systems through obfuscation, intentional misspellings, or other techniques designed to evade detection of prohibited content.
You are prohibited from using GenTube's AI tools to create or upload content that violates laws or platform policies, including copyright infringement, privacy violations, and the creation of harmful or misleading content.
You must label AI-generated content that could be mistaken for real events or factual information, promoting transparency and preventing misinformation.

Consequences of Violation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws, and to report violations to authorities.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and any resulting consequences. GenTube disclaims liability related to user-generated content, including any recreates of your content by other users.

You understand that when you use GenTube, you will be exposed to content from various sources, and that GenTube is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of such content. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor or control the content posted via the service.

AI Content Remixing and Sharing

Users may interact with AI-generated content created by others, such as recreating, sharing, or using within the platform, subject to the original creator's settings and platform features.

Your interactions, such as likes, shares, and comments, may be used to inform and improve recommendation algorithms and AI functionalities on the platform.

8. DMCA & Content Removal

If your intellectual property rights have been infringed, contact support@gentube.app with the necessary details required by law. We will review and act on valid requests promptly.

9. Indemnification and Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenTube, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of GenTube, your content, or violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
You are responsible for any legal issues arising from the misuse of AI tools or the content you generate on GenTube, including but not limited to copyright infringement, privacy violations, or the creation of harmful or misleading content.
You agree to hold GenTube harmless against any claims arising from your content, including AI-generated content that you create, modify, or share on the platform.

10. Disclaimers

GenTube is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenTube is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

GenTube may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may request account deletion by contacting support@gentube.app.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of GenTube's headquarters, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or applicable small claims courts. You waive any right to a jury trial.
