An OC (original character) in Powerless is your own character for that world — a Elite with their own look, their own history and their own place in it, rather than one of the people the story already follows.
Three steps. One: describe them — face, hair, build, what they wear. Two: say what they are in this world. Three: generate, then keep going — new outfits, new expressions, new places, all the same character.
Either. Recreate the cast you already know, or invent a Elite who has never existed. Once your character is made you can put them anywhere and they stay the same character.
Put the look in your prompt: fantasy arena, Ilya banners, dust, leather and torchlight. The closer the words are to what you can see in your head, the closer the picture lands.
An Elite has a power and shows it. An Ordinary has none and has to hide that fact, which is the harder and better character. Say which and the way they hold themselves changes.
Psychic, healer, brute strength, speed, illusion, elemental. Abilities are how people are ranked in Ilya, so yours decides how the world treats your character as much as what they can do.
Say the arena: dust, banners, a crowd in tiers, weapons on a rack. Then put your character in the middle of it. That is one prompt away once your Elite exists.
