Who Todo is
Todo is a mountain of a man from Kyoto who decides who his friends are by their taste in women. Yuji's answer is right, so they are brothers, and Todo teaches him how cursed energy is supposed to feel in about a minute. He is grade 1, terrifying in a fistfight, and a devoted fan of the idol Takada-chan.
Boogie Woogie is simple: he claps, and any two things with cursed energy swap places. In his hands it is the most annoying technique in the series, and the one that beats Hanami.
What happens to Todo
Manga spoilers, through the last chapter.
In Shibuya, Mahito takes his left hand, and with it his technique. Todo sits out the Culling Game. In Shinjuku he comes back with a vibraslap instrument bolted to the stump, which lets him clap again, and he is one of the few who fights Sukuna and lives. Todo is alive at the end of the manga.

- Boogie Woogie. When he claps, two targets with cursed energy trade places: him and an enemy, an enemy and a rock, Yuji and Todo. It has no damage of its own and wins fights anyway.
- Does Todo die in JJK?
- No. He loses a hand to Mahito in Shibuya and returns for the Shinjuku showdown. Todo is alive at the end of the manga.
- Why does Todo call Yuji his brother?
- Todo asks everyone what kind of woman they like. Yuji said tall girls with big butts, which was Todo's answer too. That settled it, and Todo built a fake memory of them growing up together to match.
- Who is Takada-chan?
