Who Toji is
Toji was born into the Zenin clan with no cursed energy at all, which made him worthless to them and, it turned out, the deadliest man in the story. A Heavenly Restriction traded his cursed energy for a body no curse can sense and no sorcerer can match. He left the clan, married, and became a hired killer.
In the Hidden Inventory arc he is paid to kill Riko Amanai, the girl Gojo and Geto are guarding. He does it. He nearly kills Gojo too.
He sold his own son Megumi to the Zenin, and then forgot about it, which is the kind of father he was.
What happens to Toji
Manga spoilers, through the last chapter.
Gojo, awakened by Toji nearly killing him, kills Toji in the Hidden Inventory arc. In Shibuya, Granny Ogami's technique brings him back in her grandson's body; the body Toji rebuilds is his own, and it kills its host. He tears through Dagon and fights Maki. When he sees Megumi and realizes who he is, he stabs himself so he cannot be used against his son. Toji is dead at the end of the manga, twice.

- Does Toji have a cursed technique?
- No. He has zero cursed energy, the result of a Heavenly Restriction. In return his body is faster and stronger than any sorcerer's, and curses cannot sense him at all. He fights with cursed tools.
- Who killed Toji?
- Gojo, in the Hidden Inventory arc, after Toji had nearly killed him and Gojo came back with Reverse Cursed Technique and Hollow Purple. Toji dies again in Shibuya by his own hand.
- Is Toji Megumi's dad?
- Yes. He took the Fushiguro name from Megumi's mother. He sold Megumi to the Zenin clan while the boy was a child; Gojo intervened.
- Is Toji stronger than Gojo?
- He beat a sixteen-year-old Gojo who did not yet have Reverse Cursed Technique. Against the Gojo who came back minutes later, he lost. The manga treats it as the fight that made Gojo the strongest.
