Who Inumaki is
Inumaki talks in rice-ball ingredients because anything else he says comes true. Cursed Speech turns his words into orders: say "explode" and it does, say "don't move" and they cannot. The cost is his own throat, which tears a little more with every strong command.
So he says salmon, and fish flakes, and kelp, and his friends understand him fine. He is Maki and Panda's classmate, Yuta's first friend at the school, and the calmest person in most rooms.

In Shibuya, Sukuna's Malevolent Shrine takes his left arm. He is out for the Culling Game and returns for Shinjuku, where a single "don't move" buys the fight against Sukuna a few seconds when seconds are all anyone has. Inumaki is alive at the end of the manga.
